Uzbek Cocoon Farmers Exempted from Income Tax

Uzbekistan will exempt entrepreneurs engaged in silkworm cocoon farming at home from income tax, according to the Ministry of Justice.
Income from this activity will remain tax-free until 2026. Additionally, social tax exemptions apply to payments for home-based workers.
Land with mulberry plantations will benefit from a reduced coefficient of 0.1 when calculating land tax.
