In the next two years, Uzbekistan will provide all utility services as a single package, with outstanding debts combined. Alisher Kadyrov, leader of the “Milliy Tiklanish” party, made this announcement.
He confirmed that deputies approved the law in its first reading. The document also includes measures to address poor service.
