Uzbekistan’s Education Sector Grows by 7.6% in 1Q25

Higher education contributes the most to sector expansion
In 1Q25, the volume of education services in Uzbekistan reached UZS 8.1 trillion, according to data from the State Statistics Committee. This marks a 7.6% increase compared to the same period last year.
Education accounted for 3.8% of the total services market. Higher professional education remained the dominant segment, contributing 45.8% of all educational services provided in the quarter.
