On November 2, Charles Leclerc, the current driver of Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 team shared on his social media that he proposed to his long-time girlfriend Alexandra Saint Mleux. Caption to the post says: «Mr². & Mrs. Leclerc».
A carousel of images showed Alexandra’s dazzling oval diamond ring, flanked by a studded band, and their beloved long-haired dachshund Leo Leclerc Saint Mleux, who played a central role in the proposal. One image featured Leo with a tag that read «Dad wants to marry you!» alongside cakes, roses and a bone-shaped treat engraved with «She said yes!»
According to some news outlets, the ring’s cost is estimated at upwards of $525,000.
The photos of the event were taken by Antoine Truchet, a professional photographer who has been working with Leclerc for an extended period.
