Uzbekistan Offers Condolences to Indonesia Thailand and Sri Lanka After Deadly Floods

Uzbekistan has offered its condolences to Indonesia Thailand and Sri Lanka following severe floods caused by heavy monsoon rains.
In a statement the Foreign Ministry said:
«We extend our condolences to the families of those who died and wish a swift recovery to the injured.»
As of December 2 there are no reports of Uzbek citizens among the dead or injured. The ministry and its overseas missions are monitoring developments. Citizens who need assistance can contact the following numbers:

Heavy monsoon rains have triggered floods and landslides across Indonesia Sri Lanka and Thailand. More than 1.2K people have died and around 800 remain missing.
In Indonesia roads and bridges have been destroyed and rescuers are using helicopters and boats although poor weather continues to hinder operations. In Sri Lanka hundreds of people remain cut off while restoration work is under way in Thailand.
