Epstein’s Brother Claims New Report Will Allege Financier Was Murdered

Jeffrey Epstein’s brother, Mark Epstein, has claimed that a forthcoming report will argue the disgraced financier was murdered, contradicting the official ruling that his death was a suicide.

Speaking on Piers Morgan’s Uncensored, Mark Epstein said he now believes «even more so» that his brother did not take his own life. He said a group of pathologists are reviewing the autopsy findings and preparing a peer-reviewed report that will be released soon.

«They are concluding… it couldn’t have been a suicide as they had claimed,» he said, adding the findings would «conclusively show it was not a suicide… then who killed him and who had him killed.»

Epstein, a property developer, cited the loss of CCTV footage from New York’s Metropolitan Correctional Center, where the financier died in 2019, as well as what he described as missing or censored documents.

«Why all of the games? Why all the obfuscation? It just doesn’t make any sense,» he said.

However, Mark Epstein declined to address questions about the victims of his brother’s crimes, saying he was focused only on the circumstances of his death.

«Whoever and whatever he was, [I’m concerned he] was murdered. That’s my concern,» he said before ending the interview.

Jeffrey Epstein, who faced federal sex trafficking charges, was found dead in his Manhattan jail cell in August 2019. The New York City medical examiner ruled the death a suicide by hanging, though the case has continued to fuel conspiracy theories and scrutiny over prison failures.

The U.S. Department of Justice previously cited lapses including malfunctioning cameras and guards failing to conduct required checks. Investigations into the handling of Epstein’s detention led to disciplinary action against prison staff but did not alter the official cause of death.

Mark Epstein’s claims have not been independently verified, and no new official findings have been announced.
