British actress Emma Watson has reportedly been linked to Mexican businessman Gonzalo Hevia Bailleres, sparking widespread speculation about a possible relationship.
Media reports say the pair were recently seen together in Mexico City and the resort area of Punta Mita, with photographs circulating online showing them spending time together. The sightings have led to speculation that the relationship may have begun in late 2025.
Neither Watson nor Bailleres has publicly confirmed the romance.
Watson, best known for portraying Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter film series, has largely kept her personal life private in recent years while focusing on activism, education and selective acting roles.
Bailleres, reportedly 28, is part of one of Mexico’s wealthiest business families. He is a member of the Baillères dynasty founded by his grandfather Alberto Baillères González, the longtime head of the conglomerate Grupo BAL.
The group controls major companies including Industrias Penoles, one of the world’s largest silver producers, luxury department store chain El Palacio de Hierro and insurance company GNP Seguros.
Although his family is well known in business circles, Bailleres has maintained a relatively low public profile while reportedly pursuing ventures in the technology and logistics sectors.
Interest in the reported relationship has grown rapidly online due to Watson’s global fame and the prominence of the Bailleres business empire. As of March 2026, neither side has issued an official statement about the rumours.
