For holidaymakers wondering how to maximise their time in Uzbekistan, the answer to whether Tashkent International Airport has a Fast Track service is a resounding yes. Originally introduced in May 2022 to help passengers bypass lengthy airport queues, the system has just received a major high-tech upgrade to make your journey even smoother.

Whether you prefer a personal escort or a quick digital scan, here is everything you need to know about breezing through the capital’s airport.

The new next-gen automated gates

On May 7, 2026 the airport unveiled a brand new automated Fast Track system. Powered by technology provider HighPass and supported by the Collinson Group, the company behind the Priority Pass programme, this addition allows international travellers to skip standard passport control lines upon both arrival and departure.

Instead of waiting for a border official, tourists can head to a dedicated corridor and simply scan a unique QR code at the automated gates to clear the checks in record time. You can easily purchase this digital pass through the HighPass platform or add it to your basket when booking flights and holiday packages via airlines and tour operators.

The classic escorted experience

If you prefer a more guided approach the original Fast Track service remains an excellent choice for departing tourists.

To use this traditional service simply head to the information desk in the departure terminal. Once booked an airport representative will personally escort you through a dedicated priority corridor. This allows you to effortlessly bypass the standard lines for check-in, customs, passport control and pre-flight security.

Pricing and extra holiday perks

The classic escorted departure service is priced at 170,000 soums ($14) per person. Payments are highly flexible with the airport accepting cash in the local currency alongside major bank cards like Visa, Mastercard, Uzcard and Humo. If you are travelling with loved ones be sure to ask about the special ‘Family’ package to streamline the process for your entire group.

For those looking to add an extra touch of luxury to their trip, departing passengers can also combine their Fast Track experience with paid access to the exclusive ANOR business lounge located in the departure hall’s sterile zone.
