Caviar, the bespoke customisation house renowned for transforming mainstream tech into extravagant status symbols, has officially opened its order books for the unreleased iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max.
Their latest ultra-premium offering is the «Royal Colours» collection. This lineup features four distinct aesthetics heavily influenced by the visual hallmarks of history’s most powerful rulers, blending modern engineering with the luxurious materials once reserved for emperors and kings.
The central concept driving this new range is the historical use of colour and rare materials to project absolute authority. Caviar’s design team raided the visual archives of antiquity, drawing inspiration from regal mantles, medieval battle gear, dynastic crests and ancient ritual objects to craft four distinct editions: «Emperor», «King», «Black Prince» and «Pharaoh».
«Emperor»: The weight of Rome

Drenched in a rich, wine-dark hue, the «Emperor» edition is a direct tribute to the majestic purple dyes and porphyry stone that symbolised supreme power in ancient Rome. The device features a lower half swathed in genuine crocodile hide while the upper section incorporates double 24-carat gold plating, intricately styled to resemble the folds of a traditional Roman toga.
«King»: European aristocracy

Serving as a homage to the French monarchy and classical European heraldry, the «King» model delivers an icy, aristocratic aesthetic. The design is heavily anchored by the fleur-de-lis, incorporating snow-white crocodile leather, sleek silver components and striking golden lily motifs to replicate the grandeur of palace fabrics and royal standard flags.
«Black Prince»: Gothic warfare

Channeling the imposing legacy of Edward of Woodstock during the Hundred Years’ War, the «Black Prince» trades flashy brilliance for a menacing, martial presence. Inspired by the legendary commander’s dark armour, this iteration utilises matte black leather and top panels forged from PVD-coated titanium. The result is a brooding modern artefact that echoes the aesthetic of medieval plate armour.
«Pharaoh»: Egyptian splendour

The «Pharaoh» edition bursts with the vibrant lapis lazuli tones synonymous with ancient Egyptian royalty. Caviar utilises striking blue python skin to mimic the precious stones found in pharaonic amulets, temple frescoes and elaborate usekh collars. This striking blue canvas is beautifully accented with Art Deco palm engravings crafted from double 24-carat gold.
