Fresh from their lavish wedding celebrations in Sicily, Dua Lipa and Callum Turner are enjoying an enviable honeymoon across Italy, turning their romantic getaway into a tour of some of the country’s most exclusive hotels.
Rather than staying in one destination, the couple have embarked on a road trip through Sicily and mainland Italy, combining coastal escapes, historic cities and luxury resorts. Their itinerary has already sparked a surge in online searches from fans eager to recreate their «la dolce vita» holiday.
Among their standout stops is the iconic San Domenico Palace, a Four Seasons Hotel in Taormina. Set inside a restored 14th-century monastery overlooking the Ionian Sea and Mount Etna, the hotel gained worldwide fame as the main filming location for the second season of The White Lotus.
The newlyweds have also stayed at Hotel Il Pellicano in Porto Ercole, a legendary seaside retreat favoured by celebrities for decades, and Villa Treville in Positano, an exclusive Amalfi Coast hideaway with just 16 luxury suites and a private beach club.
In Rome, the pair checked into the Art Deco-inspired Hotel Locarno before visiting La Posta Vecchia, a 17th-century seaside villa once owned by oil billionaire J. Paul Getty. Their honeymoon also included Palazzo Margherita in Bernalda, the boutique hotel restored and owned by filmmaker Francis Ford Coppola.
Dua Lipa recently shared a series of Instagram photos from the trip, offering fans glimpses of yacht excursions, seaside dinners, historic landmarks and elegant hotel interiors. The images have fuelled growing interest in Italy’s luxury hospitality sector, with travel experts reporting a spike in searches for several of the destinations featured during the couple’s honeymoon.
