Stray Kids member Felix released his new digital single «Slow It Down» on September 1, accompanied by a heartwarming music video featuring a special appearance from South Korean actress Roh Yoon Seo.
The track debuted at 6 p.m. KST as the latest instalment of «SKZ-PLAYER,» an ongoing project highlighting the self-produced works of the K-pop group’s members. Felix took an active role in the creative process by earning credits for writing and composing the song.
«Slow It Down» encourages listeners to take a well-deserved break from their fast-paced lives. The thematic focus of the lyrics centres on pausing to reflect on cherished memories, shared dreams and time spent with loved ones. In the accompanying visual release, Roh helps visually translate this comforting message through a narrative of connection.
The drop continues a trend of Stray Kids members showcasing their individual musicality and production skills through the dedicated «SKZ-PLAYER» platform. However, this solo release comes during an exceptionally busy period for the eight-member ensemble.
Expanding the Run It world tour
While Felix treats fans to new solo music, Stray Kids are currently in the midst of their massive Run It world tour. The ongoing concert series is the group’s fourth world tour and supports their tenth Korean-language EP «This & That» alongside their fifth Japanese-language EP «Suiatsu».
The tour officially kicked off with five sold-out shows at the KSPO Dome in Seoul starting on July 25. The group recently made history as the first foreign male artist to headline a solo concert at the Japan National Stadium in Tokyo on August 29 and 30, drawing massive crowds and critical acclaim.
Due to overwhelming demand, Stray Kids are aggressively expanding their itinerary across Asia. Ticketing details for highly anticipated stops in Hong Kong, Bangkok and Singapore were unveiled in late August and early September. The Asian leg of the Run It tour is scheduled to conclude with a two-night residency at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on March 6 and 7, 2027.
