Kanye West’s St Petersburg dates have disappeared from his official tour page as promoter Say Agency and Gazprom Arena remain at odds over the shows.
Russian promoter Say Agency insists that does not amount to a cancellation, with director Anna Subcheva describing the removal as a response to the «chaos» surrounding the concerts and saying the dates would return once the dispute was resolved.
«Today, [Kanye’s] management removed the St Petersburg show dates to keep away from our chaos and domestic wars that are happening in Russia. The artist is also facing criticism from all sides. As soon as it all settles down, I think you’ll see pretty much everything yourself.»
The explanation comes after weeks in which the organiser and Gazprom Arena, the initial concert venue in St. Petersburg, have given sharply different accounts of whether the shows can take place.

The venue problem
Say Agency announced the concerts in August, putting Ye down for two nights at Gazprom Arena. Tickets ranged from about 9,000 roubles to 160,000 roubles for VIP boxes, with the promoter later saying 81,000 tickets were sold during the first 24 hours.
On 4 September, Gazprom Arena said it had not rented Ye’s shows and that its October calendar did not include foreign performers. Say Agency said preparations were ongoing and published documents to support its position.
Some customers had already begun seeking refunds before the tour page disappeared. St Petersburg media reported in August that refunds had been approved for some VIP-box purchases, although that did not establish that all ticket categories were refundable.

What ticket holders actually know
Ye’s team has not made an official announcement cancelling the St Petersburg concerts.
The uncertainty comes only a month after Ye’s Almaty performance was pushed back by a day because of a blackout and severe weather, leaving thousands of fans already at Central Stadium waiting for a rescheduled show.
His 2026 touring plans have also faced problems elsewhere. Britain’s Wireless Festival was cancelled after UK authorities denied Ye permission to enter the country, following controversy over his previous antisemitic remarks.
