American rapper Kanye West, also known as YE, could perform in Moscow in the summer of 2027, according to Turkish promoters.
ILS Vision, the company that previously organised the artist’s performance in Istanbul, posted information about a possible July 10 concert on its website. The company’s schedule also includes potential performances in Rio de Janeiro in February and Munich in July.
All listed events currently remain in development. Finalising the cities and dates depends on reaching definitive agreements with the rapper, securing available venues and obtaining necessary government permits.

Previous discussions
The announcement follows earlier confusion regarding YE’s appearances in Russia. In August, Say Agency announced two concerts at St Petersburg’s Gazprom Arena for October 10 and 11.
However, the stadium’s press service later denied signing a lease agreement with the organisers, stating that they had failed to submit the required applications to the city committees. St Petersburg’s culture committee released an identical statement in mid-September.
Despite the venue’s denial, Say Agency maintains the St Petersburg performances are not cancelled. The company insists it remains in contact with YE and is attempting to resolve the administrative issues.
