Uzbekistan’s athlete Khusunboy Matrasulov secured the silver medal at the World Youth Weightlifting Championships, according to the Uzbek National Olympic Committee (NOC).
Matrasulov competed in the 73kg weight class. He lifted 148kg in the snatch.
He finished fifth in the snatch and fourth overall.
The World Youth Weightlifting Championships are taking place in León, Spain.
