EEC and Uzbekistan to Sign Collaboration Agreement

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) and Uzbekistan have approved a joint action plan until 2026, as reported by the organization’s press service.
The document was signed by the Chairman of the EEC Collegium, Bakytzhan Sagintayev, and the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, Abdulla Aripov.
The parties intend to cooperate in more than ten areas, including customs regulation, finance and energy.
Implementing this plan is expected to enhance trade and economic connections between the EAEU countries and Uzbekistan.
Kursiv Uzbekistan reports that over 1,500 companies have been established in Uzbekistan, and capital has come from EAEU countries.
