Uzbekistan’s Economy Attracted $23.7 bln of Foreign Investments

In the first nine months of 2024, Uzbekistan’s economy attracted $23.7 bln of investments from abroad. It is expected that the investment rates will be maintained until the end of the year, the press office of the President of Uzbekistan reported.
Between 2017 and 2024, investments are expected to reach $100 bln. Since the beginning of this year, Uzbekistan has launched 120 large-scale production facilities totalling $4.6 bln in value.
Kursiv Uzbekistan reports that Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev started the construction of nine projects in the Tashkent region.
