High-Rated Companies Exempt from Tax Audits

In Uzbekistan, companies with an AAA rating will no longer undergo tax audits, unless linked to criminal cases. The President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, signed the decree.

VAT refunds for companies in this category will now be processed within one day, without additional checks.

For all businesses with high stability ratings, refunds for overpaid taxes (excluding VAT) will be issued within three days.
