Sarbon-Neftegaz Listed on Republican Stock Exchange

Sarbon-Neftegaz’s ordinary shares have been admitted for trading on the Republican Stock Exchange (RSE) “Tashkent” since January 9, according to the exchange’s press service.

The decision to list the securities was made by the exchange’s board of directors at the end of December last year.

Founded in 1994, Sarbon-Neftegaz provides transportation services for the oil and gas industry, including passenger and cargo transport. The company’s fleet consists of more than 100 trucks and passenger vehicles.

As of January 9, the company’s charter capital is valued at UZS 6.6 bn.

In the third quarter of 2024, the company reported a net profit of over UZS 258.2 mn, reflecting a 12.2% annual growth.
