According to the zoo’s press service, new animals have arrived at the Tashkent Zoo, including three alpacas and one llama.
The zoo has welcomed five cranes of three different species. A particularly notable addition is the arrival of a mate for the female Japanese crane, which had been alone for quite some time.
Kursiv Uzbekistan also reports that a giraffe at the Tashkent Zoo has passed away.
