My.gov.uz and Uzum Bank have signed a cooperation agreement to develop fintech solutions and simplify budget payments for Uzbekistan’s residents. Users can now choose a convenient cashless payment method on the unified portal when accessing government services—either using their own funds or through instalments.

To improve access to government services, we have established cooperation between My.gov.uz and Uzum Bank. Now, when obtaining paid government services via My.gov.uz, users can pay with their own funds in the Uzum Bank app or in instalments through Uzum Nasiya. This allows citizens to plan their expenses and receive essential services on time, said Anvar Mansurov, Director of the Digital Government Project Management Centre.

On average, every fourth request on My.gov.uz is for a paid service. To ensure government payments are as seamless as any other purchase, we have integrated modern fintech tools into the portal. Now, with just a few clicks, users can apply for a service and choose their payment method in the app—either by card or via a renewable limit. This can be used to transfer a microloan to a Uzum card or to pay for a service in instalments. Planning expenses will become easier, and there will be no need to delay essential payments, noted Sofya Nazmetdinova, Director of Government Relations at Uzum Fintech.

Every day, over 300,000 people use My.gov.uz. In 2024, the total number of applications submitted through the portal exceeded 32 mn. The platform allows users to swiftly obtain necessary documents, apply for ID cards, passports, diploma duplicates, licences, and permits, as well as handle various other administrative tasks online.
