Uzbekistan Maintains 121st Position in Corruption Perceptions Index

According to a report from Transparency International, Uzbekistan ranked 121st out of 180 countries in the Corruption Perceptions Index by the end of 2024, which is consistent with the country’s performance in 2023.
Last year, Uzbekistan scored 32 points out of a possible 100, one point lower than its score in 2023. Togo and Sri Lanka also received the same number of points.
Among Central Asian countries, Kazakhstan earned the highest score, coming in at 88th place. In contrast, Turkmenistan had the lowest ranking in the region, at 165th.
Denmark recorded the least corruption, retaining the top spot since 2018, followed by Finland and Singapore.
