The call center experienced a malfunction due to the overwhelming number of people interested in the New Tashkent construction project, according to the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction.

In response to complaints, the ministry explained that the call center has a limit of 50 simultaneous calls. When this limit is exceeded, the system fails, but they assured the public that the issue would be resolved by noon on March 4.

The Ministry of Employment announced the launch of a Telegram bot to collect feedback. Through this bot, job seekers will be able to submit their information and operators from the center will call them by the end of the day.

On average, the ministry receives about 1,000 calls each day. They expressed gratitude to the media for helping disseminate information about job opportunities and noted the high interest among Uzbeks in the vacancies available.

Kursiv Uzbekistan also reported that approximately 10,000 workers are being recruited for the New Tashkent construction project. Applicants can expect accommodation and a salary ranging from 8 to 15 mln soums.
