Mirziyoyev and Aliyev Boost Trade and Economic Cooperation

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a phone conversation with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev, according to the Uzbek president’s press service. The two leaders discussed strengthening cooperation in trade and economic sectors.

They paid special attention to accelerating the implementation of joint projects and programmes in investment and humanitarian fields.

Mirziyoyev and Aliyev also reviewed the schedule of upcoming high-level meetings and exchanged views on regional cooperation.
