The Tashkent Investment Forum 2025 has attracted over 8,000 participants from more than 100 countries, where investment projects in Uzbekistan worth over $30 bn will be presented, Kursiv Uzbekistan has learned.

These foreign investment projects in Uzbekistan span strategic sectors, including energy, infrastructure, agriculture, digital technologies and other key drivers of the Uzbekistan economy.

Among the forum’s high-profile attendees are representatives of major international financial institutions, including the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the New Development Bank (known as the BRICS Bank), both key partners in financing Uzbekistan’s development initiatives.

The forum’s centrepiece is the first-ever National Exhibition, designed to showcase Uzbekistan’s industrial and investment potential to global investors.

A total of 90 Uzbek companies are presenting their products and innovations across various sectors, including petrochemicals, mechanical engineering, construction, and food processing, underscoring the country’s growing capabilities in manufacturing and export-oriented industries.

Kursiv Uzbekistan also reports that $660 mln in investments will be directed toward development projects in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, further enhancing regional economic growth in Uzbekistan.
