Beelab JSC (Beepul fintech service) officially announces an early increase in its authorized capital to 27 billion soums. This step significantly exceeds the requirement of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan for payment organizations and financial services on the need to increase the minimum capital to 20 billion soums from July 1, 2025.

The increase in capital for companies providing services in the fintech segment, such as accepting and processing payments, P2P transfers, payments in the field, and transport, is justified by the desire to create a reliable platform for protection against digital threats: fraud, cyberattacks, and personal data leakage.

«We have not only fulfilled regulatory requirements, but we have also significantly exceeded them: increasing the capital to 27 billion soums is our investment in the safety and trust of users, strengthening consumer protection and preserving their financial resources,» commented Anatolii Pavlinov, CEO of Beelab JSC.

Increasing the authorized capital of payment organizations in Uzbekistan will increase the level of trust in non-cash payment systems and is a key condition for the formation of a high-quality, transparent sphere of fintech services in the country.

Fintech service Beepul (Beelab JSC) ended the first quarter of 2025 with a record in terms of revenue growth. In the first three months of the year, it is more than three times higher than in the same period last year. At the same time, there is a steady increase in the number of active users — the service demonstrates high demand against the backdrop of product updates and strategic initiatives to expand the audience.

A separate area was the Beepul Agent platform, which already covers twelve regions of Uzbekistan and unites more than 1900 agents. The solution is designed to accept payments for mobile communications, the Internet, utilities, and government services at offline points, providing not only convenience for the population but also creating jobs. The platform shows high stability, and its ecosystem will be expanded.
