The first plot, covering 100 hectares, is located in Kara-Suu district between border points No. 312/4 and 312/6. The second, measuring 198.44 hectares, lies in Aravan district between points No. 324 and 328.

These decisions are part of the implementation of the law which was signed on November 3, 2022 in Bishkek. The State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy and Cartography, together with the authorised representative of the President in Osh region, will conduct an inventory and register the land plots within a month.

The administrations of Kara-Suu and Aravan districts are required to transfer the land free of charge to the relevant aiyl (rural) districts — Kara-Suu and Kerme-Too. They must also ensure the land is used in accordance with its designated purposes. Funding for the implementation of this decree will come from local budgets.

A new map of administrative boundaries will be prepared and official documents updated after the demarcation process is complete.

Responsibility for overseeing the execution of the decree lies with the Department for Monitoring the Implementation of Presidential and Cabinet Decisions under the Presidential Administration.

The decree will come into effect seven days after its official publication.
