Manchester City have signed a landmark £1 bn kit deal extension with Puma, the largest in Premier League history. The club will earn around £100 mln a year in a long-term agreement expected to run for at least a decade, as reported by Reuters.

Puma chief executive Arthur Hoeld noted: «Puma’s partnership with Manchester City has been a great success both on and off the pitch. Trophies, a perfect stage for our performance products and commercial success were exceptional.»

The new deal significantly boosts City’s previous £65m-a-year contract from 2019 and could further strengthen Pep Guardiola’s transfer budget, following £300 mln spent on eight new signings in 2025.

While the annual figure may include performance-related clauses, it surpasses recent deals by rivals — including Manchester United’s £900m Adidas deal and Liverpool’s £60m-a-year agreement.

The contract also covers City’s women and youth teams, marking a major commercial milestone for both the club and Puma.
