Daytime weather across most of Uzbekistan on August 1 is expected to remain dry. However, isolated areas within the Fergana Valley may experience short periods of rain and thunderstorms.

Wind speeds will generally range from 7 to 12 m/s, occasionally strengthening to 13–16 m/s and bringing dust along with them. Temperatures are forecast to reach between 32 and 37°C.

In Tashkent, no rainfall is anticipated throughout the day. Winds are expected at 5–10 m/s, potentially increasing to 12–15 m/s by evening, with blowing dust in some areas. Temperatures will hover between 35 and 37°C.

In mountainous regions, brief showers and thunderstorms may occur locally. Flash floods and mudflows remain a possibility in the foothill and mountain areas of Tashkent, Andijan, Namangan and Fergana regions. Winds will reach 7–12 m/s, occasionally strengthening to 13–18 m/s. Temperatures are expected to range from 23 to 28°C.

According to data from automated atmospheric monitoring stations at 9:00 AM in Tashkent:

  • PM10 particle concentration stood at 78.16 µg/m³, well below the permissible limit of 500 µg/m³
  • PM2.5 particles measured 21.78 µg/m³, also within the allowable threshold of 35 µg/m³
  • Carbon monoxide (from vehicle and industrial emissions) was recorded at 0.42 mg/m³, under the maximum limit of 5 mg/m³

These pollution levels remain within the sanitary safety standards set by SaNPiN (sanitary regulations and norms) 0053-23, including amendments made on 27 May 2024 regarding PM2.5 concentration limits.
