In the mountain regions, brief showers and thunderstorms are expected in some locations. Winds will be 7–12 m/s, sometimes increasing to 13–18 m/s. Temperatures will vary from 21°C to 26°C.
Air Quality in Tashkent
According to data from automatic monitoring stations at 09:00 on August 18, 2025, the concentration of fine particulate matter PM10 in Tashkent was 59.13 µg/m³, well below the maximum allowable level of 500 µg/m³.
The level of PM2.5 was 13.29 µg/m³, under the permitted limit of 35 µg/m³.
Carbon monoxide (CO), produced mainly by vehicles and industrial sources, measured 0.38 mg/m³, also below the permissible threshold of 5 mg/m³.
Air pollutant levels are assessed in line with sanitary regulations (SanPiN 0053-23), which were updated on May 27, 2024 regarding PM2.5 standards.
