Two more members of SEVENTEEN, Woozi and Hoshi, were confirmed to begin their mandatory military service this September, with Woozi enlisting on September 15 and Hoshi following a day later, according to PLEDIS Entertainment.
The «WARNING» Tour: A Historic First for SEVENTEEN
Before enlistment, the duo staged their long-awaited fan concert tour WARNING, the first unit tour in SEVENTEEN’s history. The concerts began with a three-day run in Seoul from July 11 to 13 at Jamsil Indoor Stadium, continued in Busan on July 19 and 20, stopped in Taipei on July 26 and 27, reached Japan on August 6 and 7, and concluded in Gwangju on August 23 and 24. The Seoul shows were also livestreamed, allowing fans worldwide to take part.
At the end of the Gwangju concert on August 24 Woozi adressed the fans:

The title WARNING came from Woozi and Hoshi’s nickname «Howoojooeuibo» (Heavy Rain Warning), a playful nod to the explosive chemistry and dynamic presence of the pair.

Celebrating Ten Years with «HAPPY BURSTDAY»
Alongside the concerts, the duo took part in SEVENTEEN’s album promotions for HAPPY BURSTDAY, released on May 26 to mark the group’s 10th anniversary. The album entered the Billboard 200 at No. 2 and topped the Top Album Sales chart with 46,000 copies sold, according to Luminate.
Woozi and Hoshi also appeared on the variety show Chef and My Fridge, now available on Netflix, where celebrity chefs created dishes from their own refrigerators. Meanwhile, members Seungkwan, The 8, Vernon and Mingyu appeared on BuzzFeed Celeb’s «Thirst Tweets» series, adding a lighter side to the group’s anniversary activities.
Military Service and Future Plans
Of SEVENTEEN’s 13 members, only nine are required to serve. Wonwoo and Jeonghan have already enlisted, while Joshua, The 8, Jun and S.Coups are exempt for reasons including foreign citizenship and injury. During an interview earlier this year, Hoshi said the group had been preparing for enlistments for some time, with plans carefully coordinated with HYBE.

Although the pair will step back from official activities during service, they left behind pre-recorded content for CARATs, ensuring that fans can continue to see and hear them while awaiting their return.
After the concert Hoshi published a series of stories on his Instagram:
