
In the first nine months of 2025, 73 foreign companies paid a total of 124.8 bn soums ($10.4 mln) in taxes to Uzbekistan’s state budget, a 44% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
The ten largest firms accounted for 93% of the total amount collected. Leading the list were Meta, which paid 35.2 bn soums ($2.9 mln), followed closely by Apple with 35.1 bn soums ($2.9 mln) and Google with 31.2 bn soums ($2.6 mln).
Other notable taxpayers included OpenAI with 4.7 bn soums ($392,000), Booking.com with 2.9 bn soums ($242,000), and TikTok with 2.6 bn soums ($217,000).
Meanwhile, Netflix contributed 1.3 bn soums ($108,000), while Acc and Zoom each paid 1.1 bn soums ($92,000). Adobe rounded out the list with 1 bn soums ($83,000).
