Robbie Williams says he believes the weight-loss injections he has used for several years may be affecting his eyesight.

The singer told The Sun that he has experienced increasing blurriness, a side effect he suspects may be linked to the jabs. «I want to warn people… make sure they do their research,» he said, noting that he can no longer clearly see individual fans at concerts and recently struggled to distinguish football players on the pitch. He has since had to update his glasses prescription.

Williams said others using similar injections have reported the same issue. «Everybody’s experiencing it,» he added.

A 2024 study of 17,000 patients found that those prescribed semaglutide, marketed as Ozempic or Wegovy, were seven times more likely to develop a rare eye condition that can lead to vision loss. The research did not prove the drug caused the problem and noted the total number of cases remained small.

The star has previously said he turned to weight-loss jabs to help manage depression and body dysmorphia, calling the treatment «a Christmas miracle.» He has also spoken openly about the mental health challenges tied to his body image.

Williams recently cancelled a concert in Istanbul due to safety concerns.

Kursiv Uzbekistan also reports that Uzbekistan’s special economic zones (SEZs) produced industrial goods worth approximately $3.75 bn in the first nine months of 2025, according to the National Statistics Committee. In the same period in 2024, production totalled around $2.63 bn.
