Centrum Air has agreed a lease deal for two new Airbus A321neo aircraft with AerCap, the world’s largest aircraft leasing company, according to the airline’s press service.
The aircraft are scheduled for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2027. AerCap’s chief commercial officer Peter Anderson noted that Centrum Air is the company’s first client from Uzbekistan.
Abdulaziz Abdurakhmanov, chairman and CEO of Centrum Holding, said the addition of the A321neo will support the airline’s international ambitions.
«The increased efficiency and extended range of the A321neo will allow us to offer passengers more comfort and new destinations while strengthening Uzbekistan’s connectivity with key markets around the world,» he stated.
