McLaren F1 team has arrived in Tashkent. CEO Zak Brown, team principal Andrea Stella along with other staff and racing drivers Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris were greeted at the airport. Lando Norris will receive his championship trophy today at FIA Awards Ceremony.
The drivers are accompanied by their girlfriends Lily Zneimer (Piastri) and Margarida Corseiro (Norris).
The team was greeted at Islam Karimov Tashkent International Airport by officials from Uzbekistan’s National Olympic Committee.
Yesterday, Ferrari Formula One driver Charles Leclerc has arrived in Tashkent, drawing considerable attention as one of the sport’s most recognisable figures.
