Sony has announced the PlayStation Plus games for January 2026, kicking off the new year with Need for Speed Unbound, Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed, and Core Keeper. These three titles will be available to all PlayStation Plus members from January 6 through February 2.
PlayStation Plus members still have time to add December’s games to their library until January 5. These include Lego Horizon Adventures, Killing Floor 3, The Outlast Trials, Synduality Echo of Ada, and Neon White.
Need for Speed Unbound, originally released in 2022, leads the pack on PS5. Players can race against time, outsmart the cops, and take on weekly qualifiers to reach The Grand, Lakeshore’s ultimate street racing challenge. The game features separate single-player and multiplayer campaigns.
Disney Epic Mickey: Rebrushed is available on PS4 and PS5. This 3D platformer is a remake of the 2010 Nintendo Wii title. Players take control of Mickey Mouse, exploring the Wasteland, a realm of forgotten Disney characters, and encounter Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, Walt Disney’s first major character.
Core Keeper, also on PS4 and PS5, is a 1-8 player mining sandbox adventure. Gamers can harvest relics and resources, craft tools, build bases, and explore a dynamically evolving world.
Core Keeper will receive the Void & Voltage Update on January 28, 2026, alongside a Switch 2 release. The update adds a new biome, Breaker’s Reach, a boss called S.A.H.A.B.A.R., an Advanced Automation Table, and more, making it an ideal time for new players to jump in.
