Daughter of Actor Tommy Lee Jones Found Dead in San Francisco

Victoria Jones, the 34-year-old daughter of actor Tommy Lee Jones, was found dead at the San Francisco Fairmont Hotel on Thursday, January 1, according to multiple reports.

The San Francisco Fire Department confirmed they responded to a medical emergency at the hotel just before 3 a.m. local time. Upon arrival, paramedics discovered an unnamed adult female deceased at the scene. The San Francisco Police Department later confirmed officers were on site and declared the individual dead. NBC Bay Area reported that law enforcement sources believe the woman was Victoria Jones. No foul play is suspected, and the cause of death has not been made public.

Victoria was the daughter of Tommy Lee Jones, now 79, and his ex-wife, Kimberlea Cloughley. The couple also share a son, Austin Jones, 43. She had made select acting appearances during her youth, including roles in Men in Black II(2002) and The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada (2005), the latter directed by her father. She also appeared in a single episode of the teen drama series One Tree Hill in 2003.

Tommy Lee Jones is an Oscar-winning actor, best known for The Fugitive (1993), JFK, the Men in Black series, No Country for Old Men, and Lincoln, among other acclaimed projects. Representatives for the actor and the San Francisco Office of the Chief Medical Examiner did not immediately comment on the circumstances surrounding Victoria’s death.
