No Limits Sport Eyes Football Club Acquisitions in Uzbekistan

Arab investment fund No Limits Sport is assessing the potential purchase of football clubs in Uzbekistan, Belarus, Georgia and Kazakhstan, Vadim Andreev, head of the organisation’s Eurasian operations, told TASS.
«We plan to analyse 10 to 12 clubs soon and prepare a detailed report for the fund’s investors to identify the most promising opportunities in terms of asset growth and return on investment,» Andreev said.
The fund has already expressed interest in acquiring Russian club Rotor, which currently competes in the First League. As of January 5, Rotor is in seventh place, with 24 goals scored and 17 conceded. The club last appeared in the Russian Premier League during the 2020–2021 season. Reports also suggest that Arab investors intend to buy two additional Russian football clubs.
No Limits Sport specialises in financing the sports industry across CIS countries and works in partnership with Belhasa Sports to support its investments.
Kursiv also reports that a FIFA regional office will be set up at the Uzbekistan Football Association headquarters.
