In the film categories, One Battle After Another and Hamnet took top honours, while Netflix’s Adolescence maintained its winning streak in television.

Acting awards
- Best actress – drama: Jessie Buckley (Hamnet)
- Best actor – drama: Wagner Moura (The Secret Agent)
- Best actress – musical or comedy: Rose Byrne (If I Had Legs I’d Kick You)
- Best actor – musical or comedy: Timothee Chalamet (Marty Supreme)
- Best supporting actress: Teyana Taylor (One Battle After Another)
- Best supporting actor: Stellan Skarsgard (Sentimental Value)
Other nominees in each category included films such as Frankenstein, It Was Just an Accident, Marty Supreme and Bugonia, and actors including Leonardo DiCaprio, George Clooney, Jennifer Lawrence and Amanda Seyfried.
The awards highlighted both international and domestic productions, with animated, non-English and musical or comedy films also recognised alongside television performances.
