Tottenham Hotspur have appointed Croatian coach Igor Tudor on a short-term contract until June 2026, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano. The deal comes with no option for extension, as the club evaluates long-term candidates including Roberto De Zerbi and former manager Mauricio Pochettino. Tudor replaces Thomas Frank, whose contract was terminated in mid-February.

Tudor began his playing career at Hajduk Split in the mid-1990s and later appeared for Juventus and Siena, making 220 appearances in total. He began coaching at Hajduk in 2009 and has since managed teams in Italy and Turkey, including Galatasaray, Juventus and Lazio.

Currently, Tottenham sit 16th in the Premier League with 29 points as of February 14. Under Frank, the team won seven matches, drew eight and lost 11. Arsenal lead the table, followed by Manchester City and Aston Villa, leaving Tudor with a challenge to stabilise the team for the remainder of the season.
