Fortnite Launches Honkai: Star Rail Crossover With Kafka and Blade Skins

Epic Games continues expanding Fortnite’s battle royale universe with characters from other franchises, this time partnering with HoYoverse for a crossover with Honkai: Star Rail.

The collaboration was teased earlier through a mysterious social media post from the developers showing swords embedded in the ground. Attentive fans quickly identified them as the weapons of the Stellaron Hunters. The crossover was later confirmed during a livestream dedicated to the upcoming 4.0 update for Honkai: Star Rail.

Two of the group’s most recognisable characters, the lightning-wielding Kafka and the wind-based fighter Blade, are now available in Fortnite’s in-game shop. Their skins are sold in special bundles priced between 3,000 and 5,000 V-Bucks, depending on the rarity of the items included.

The swords seen in the teaser have also been added as cosmetic pickaxe skins, allowing players to use the stylish weapons while gathering resources or destroying enemy structures on the island.

Epic Games has also launched a limited top-up promotion in the Epic Games Store. Players who purchase Kafka’s bundle can unlock Blade as a bonus reward, allowing them to add both characters to their collection.

The Fortnite and Honkai: Star Rail collaboration officially began on February 27 at 01:00 CET.
