
Uzbek referee Abdurashid Khudoyberganov will officiate the friendly match between Russia and Nicaragua, which will take place on March 27 at 21:30 Tashkent time in Krasnodar, the Russian Football Union reported.
Khudoyberganov will be assisted by fellow Uzbeks Sanjar Shayusupov and Akmal Giyosov, while Russian referee Artem Chistyakov has been appointed as the fourth official.
According to the Russian Football Union, Abdurashid Khudoyberganov has experience officiating in the Uzbekistan Championship and Cup, as well as matches in the AFC Elite Champions League.
As of March 27 this year, Russia ranks 36th in the FIFA rankings. Last autumn, the Russian national team played five friendly matches, winning three, with one loss and one draw.
Nicaragua has recorded four defeats and one victory in the CONCACAF qualification tournament. The competition offers a chance to qualify for the 2026 World Cup.
