Tashkent Airport Coffee Shop Space Up For Auction

Uzbekistan Airports has relisted a commercial lot on the E-auksion electronic platform offering space to establish a new coffee shop at Tashkent International Airport.
The 95-square-metre area is located on the second floor of the international arrivals hall. To participate in the bidding process potential tenants must meet strict criteria. Candidates are required to have a minimum of three years of experience in the catering sector and currently manage at least three active locations within the city.
The starting price for the premises is set at 300,000 soums ($25) per square metre. According to the standard terms of the auction initial bids can increase by a minimum of 5% during the trading process.
All detailed tenant requirements and participation rules are available under the specific lot on the E-auksion website. The electronic auction is scheduled to take place on April 15, 2026.
The availability of new commercial space follows a recent infrastructure expansion at the transport hub. In October the airport completed the reconstruction of several facilities including the arrivals hall, an outdoor terrace and the VIP lounge in the departure terminal.
During the construction work the building’s facade was pushed forward to add 2,200 square metres of usable space. As a result the total area of the waiting hall for greeters reached approximately 5,000 square metres and seating capacity increased to 200.
