What Saida Mirziyoyeva and the Head of Teach For All Discussed

Saida Mirziyoyeva, Head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan, met with Wendy Kopp, founder of the international education movement Teach For All.

The two discussed the development of education, the advancement of women’s rights in Central Asia, and the potential to share the region’s successful initiatives internationally.

Since 2024, Uzbekistan has been a member of the global Teach For All network through the local initiative Teach For Uzbekistan.

Mirziyoyeva emphasized that Teach For Uzbekistan is a key part of the country’s educational reform efforts, aimed at improving the lives of thousands of children — especially in remote regions.
