As a result of these business meetings:

  • Cooperation agreements were signed with EIFO, EKN, and Finnvera aimed at supporting national exporters and providing for joint efforts to expand access for Uzbek products to the markets of Denmark, Sweden, and Finland;
  • An agreement was reached on joint work to cover commercial and political risks in mutual foreign trade operations, as well as on the exchange of information and the development of joint mechanisms for opening new markets for exporters and investors from the countries participating in the negotiations;
  • A mechanism for joint insurance involving state-owned and private insurance companies was identified, and the creation of the necessary conditions for attracting foreign investment and advanced technologies to Uzbekistan was also discussed;
  • Measures were outlined for close cooperation in the field of insurance protection for foreign trade operations, attracting direct foreign investment to Uzbekistan from these countries, and continuing dialogue on the development of new areas of trade and economic partnership.
