Uzbekistan plans to increase its food exports to $10 bn and expand export geography to an additional 100 countries by 2030, according to government targets reported by Trend.
The initiative is part of broader efforts to strengthen the country’s agricultural sector, boost food processing industries and increase the global presence of Uzbek food products.
Authorities are also working on improving food safety standards, logistics infrastructure and export certification procedures to help local producers access new international markets.
