Model and actress Cara Delevingne has publicly confirmed that she was romantically involved with Amber Heard, ending years of speculation surrounding their relationship.
Speaking on The Louis Theroux Podcast, Delevingne revealed that rumours linking the pair first emerged while Heard was still married to Johnny Depp, but insisted there was no romantic relationship between them at that time. According to Delevingne, they became involved only after Heard filed for divorce in 2016.
Delevingne described their relationship as an «entanglement» during Heard’s divorce and said Depp’s reported jealousy over their friendship came before they had actually become romantically involved. She also claimed Heard was seeing other people during that period, including Elon Musk.
The revelation sheds new light on one of Hollywood’s longest-running celebrity rumours, which resurfaced during Depp and Heard’s highly publicised legal battles. Speculation about Delevingne’s involvement had circulated for years but had never been confirmed by either actress.
Heard has largely stepped away from Hollywood following the 2022 defamation trial and now lives in Spain with her children. Delevingne, meanwhile, continues her acting career and has spoken openly in recent interviews about her personal life and recovery journey.
