Fans from around the world can now buy tickets from the Freedom Afisha page at Ticketon.kz

General ticket sales for Kanye West (YE)’s concert started a day earlier than planned, on July 22 at 12:00 Almaty time, on the Freedom Afisha page at Ticketon.kz.
The decision was made to meet the high demand: seeing the rush on the first day and sales statistics (about 50% of tickets were sold on the first day), the organisers opened access to purchases to as many fans as possible. All remaining ticket categories are now available to everyone, including users with international bank cards, meaning fans can proceed with the purchase from anywhere in the world.
Results of the first day of pre-sales
On the first day of exclusive pre-sales in the Freedom SuperApp, about half of the tickets for Kanye West’s August 14 concert in Almaty were sold.
Ticket sales are still ongoing and are only available in the Freedom SuperApp.
Demand exceeded all expectations: already in the first minutes after sales opened on July 21 at 12:00 in the app, thousands of users were online simultaneously. The most affordable ticket categories sold out within minutes, a common pattern for events with very high demand.
To prevent resellers from buying too many tickets, the organiser set a limit of four tickets per person. This way, people can attend with family or friends. The goal is to make sure as many real fans as possible can get tickets, not just resellers.
Vouchers and ticket delivery
All customers who successfully paid for tickets received a voucher at the email address they provided. The actual ticket with a unique QR code for entry will be sent to the email 24 hours before the event, that is, on August 13.
