Bugatti’s ultra-luxury television has resurfaced as a viral sensation on X, with posts showcasing the C SEED BUGATTI N1 racking up attention for its unusual design, enormous screen and reported price of about $500,000.

The television was unveiled in June as a collaboration between Bugatti and Austrian luxury display maker C SEED. While the product itself is not new, a wave of recent posts has put the extravagant screen back in the spotlight, including claims that it costs as much as $500,000.

Bugatti has not published an official retail price for the N1, so the widely circulated $500,000 figure should be treated as an estimate rather than a confirmed price. Posts on X have cited figures ranging from about $400,000 to $750,000 depending on the configuration.

A TV that disappears into the furniture

The C SEED BUGATTI N1 is designed to avoid looking like a television when it is switched off. Its housing resembles a sculptural sideboard, drawing on the styling of Bugatti’s Tourbillon hypercar and the marque’s distinctive C-line profile.

At the push of a button, the structure unfolds over about 45 seconds, revealing a 4K MicroLED display available in 110-inch and 137-inch sizes. A centre-sliding mechanism controls the movement, while the screen can rotate through 180 degrees to adjust the viewing angle.

The 137-inch version is the one attracting much of the attention online, particularly because the screen effectively disappears into the furniture when it is not being used. Recent posts from accounts including Road & Track, Man of Many and Motor1 have helped push demonstrations of the N1 across X.

MicroLED technology and Bugatti styling

Beyond its mechanical design, the N1 uses C SEED’s MicroLED technology with HDR10+ support, a specialised screen coating and Adaptive Gap Calibration designed to maintain a seamless appearance across the display panels.

The television also incorporates carbon fibre elements and materials and finishes inspired by the Bugatti Tourbillon. Its integrated Wisdom Audio sound system uses speakers that extend when the TV is activated and retract when it is closed.

C SEED says the N1 is engineered and manufactured in Austria and is sold through selected partners and authorised dealers worldwide rather than conventional electronics retailers.

The renewed interest on X is less about a new product launch than the sheer spectacle of the concept: a television that can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, hide inside what looks like designer furniture and take 45 seconds to unfold into a screen larger than many home cinema setups.
