All Modern Warfare 4 keypad and safe codes revealed after early access

Players exploring the campaign of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 can now access hidden containers, bunkers and safes using a series of newly identified combinations, following the start of early access on October 16.
A walkthrough published by IGN covers the game’s keypad puzzles, which appear across several campaign missions and provide access to collectibles and additional equipment.
Many of the puzzles appear in Stranded, an open-world mission set in North Korea. Players must explore military installations, abandoned buildings and supply areas, examining nearby notes to identify the correct combinations.
Unlike randomly generated passwords, the codes follow fixed numerical patterns, allowing players to use the same solutions across playthroughs.
All known Modern Warfare 4 codes
The following combinations have been documented in campaign walkthroughs:
| Location | Code |
|---|---|
| Base Camp container | 0024 |
| Island Hidden Bunker | 0008 |
| Southeast Village container | 0078 |
| South of Jamming Station | 8609 |
| Cliff near Base Camp | 0600 |
| Big Sign container | 1234 |
| Farm Field Hidden Bunker | 0330 |
| Small Island container | 6789 |
| Toolbox in Following Orders | 214 |
| Safe in Escape | 8410 |
The eight combinations in Stranded open containers and bunkers scattered across the mission’s map. The first container near Base Camp also contains a tactical map that helps players locate additional supplies.
The Following Orders puzzle requires players to interpret a recipe note to obtain the three-digit toolbox combination. Meanwhile, the safe in Escape is connected to the Never Forgotten achievement.
Exploration is also tied to other campaign achievements. In Stranded, players can earn Time to Crate by opening all 26 yellow supply caches and Noteworthy by reading at least 50 of the mission’s 58 notes.
Modern Warfare 4 is scheduled for worldwide release on October 23, with campaign early access available from October 16 to eligible pre-order customers.
Developed by Infinity Ward, the game is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Nintendo Switch 2. Its story follows a conflict on the Korean Peninsula alongside a separate mission involving Captain Price.
