China Energy has agreed to invest $1 bn in the construction of two renewable energy facilities in Kazakhstan. The agreement was reached during a meeting between Kazakhstan’s Minister of Energy Erlan Akkenzhenov and China Energy President Qiao Xubin.

Kyrgyzstan has ratified the Treaty on Eternal Good-Neighbourliness, Friendship and Cooperation with Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and China. President Sadyr Japarov signed the law approving the agreement.

Under the treaty, the participating states commit to strengthening regional cooperation, mutual respect, and peaceful coexistence. The agreement aims to promote stability, economic development, and dialogue among Central Asian countries and China.

Dubai Taxi Company PJSC has announced plans to hire around 700 drivers from Uzbekistan. Representatives of Uzbekistan’s consulate in Dubai met with the company’s management to discuss employment terms and areas of cooperation.
